Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy
Book bundles purchased from www.ahampublishing.com which are requested for return within 15 days of dispatch are eligible for a full refund, deducting the freight charges as applicable. The customer will receive the refund for the shipping charges as well if the return is a result of our error. We do not replace or exchange books that have been purchased. Our customers can only receive a refund. Customers may only return items that have been received. They are requested to accept the conditions placed by us before proceeding with the return.

Refund Policy
Books that are purchased online from www.ahampublishing.com can be refunded subject to certain conditions. www.ahampublishing.com will penalize the customer for the delivery and processing charges incurred upon the fulfillment of the order. Books that have been purchased from our showroom, Aham Publishing, C/2, Ramkrishna Upanibesh, Kolkata-700092, cannot be returned online. Such returns and requests for refunds have to be made manually at the showroom. The customer will be informed via e-mail about the refund once we have received and processed the returned item. This is applicable to items that are returned to the store without receiving them. Items can be returned if they are in the original condition. A request for return has to be submitted within 15 days of dispatch of the items.
